Gotts Family Sesh!

Steamy summer days lead to even hotter summer nights, so this sweet little family and I headed to higher ground for relief of the heat during their family photos. They didnt want many staged or cheesy family photos, which is right up my alley, and we did this. It was a great night of real smiles, laughs, and two of the most precious baby lambs ever:) BTW, those of you who dont know me well, baby lamb is my term for children, or doggies, or pretty much anything cute and tiny:)

These guys kill me. They are a current day Brady Bunch, and if I didnt tell you that you would NEVER have guessed that the children were mixed of 2 families as they blend so well! These two parents met at a sad time in each of their lives, befriended each other, they leaned on each other, and relied on each other to help the other muddle through the bad hand they were dealt in life. One day they decided to make a go of a relationship, he with his 3 children and she with hers, and that was nearly 5 years ago. Together they are a family of 8, 4 boys, 4 girls, all children in nearly 1 year succession of the next! Talk about a crazy, wild, fun, loud, and loving household! These photos are a prize to me, a loving interpretation of their family.
